Job Description

Workshop SchedulerNantwichSalary - £28kHours - Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks with a day off in the weekJobSpot Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Scheduler to join an award-winning business based in Nantwich.As a Workshop Scheduler, you will guide customers through the process of servicing and repairs, you will be a confident and organised Scheduler who is used to delivering a professional experience to customers both face-to-face and over the phone. As wellas having exceptional customer service skills, the ideal candidate will have the ability to promote the clients products and services confidently and also accurately schedule appointments and finalise costs for customers.Duties will include:

  • Provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Manage all customer telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
  • Schedule and book customer services and repairs for technicians, taking into account workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of parts
  • Collate and process job sheet
  • Prepare an estimate for repairs
  • Diary management
  • Check completed jobs and provide invoices to the customers
  • Conduct follow-up calls from initial enquiry through to customer confirmation
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are successfully managed throughout the servicing process including updates and authorisation for additional work.
  • Checking stock and ordering parts
  • Ensuring warranty standards are adhered to
  • Liaising with other departments with regards to parts and any other queries as the workshop representative
  • Making sure all servicing work is carried out correctly, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Conduct service reminder calls to maximise activity
