Job Description

My client is recruiting for an Ecommerce Manager to join their busy team. As Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to maximise the client’s online sales. Working closely with the ecommerce platform providers you will provide an outstanding online shopping experiencefor customers.Key duties and responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to maximise online sales and brand awareness
Managing relationships with ecommerce platform providers to drive sales through marketing channels (SEO and PPC) and Marketplace (Amazon, eBay)
Monitoring and analysing website performance and sales data, identifying areas for improvement
Growing the email subscriber list
Producing engaging emails to drive conversion
Uploading new products to the websites, Amazon and eBay
Dealing with customer enquiries

Key skills and experience required:

Previous ecommerce experience is essential
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in web analytics tools
Experience in data driven decision making
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Self motivated and proactive approach to work

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with some flexibility on start and finish timesHolidays: 20 days + bank holidaysOnsite parking
