Assistant Quantity Surveyor Nantwich, Cheshire £35,000-£45,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Rare and exciting role on offer for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to join a rapidly expanding housebuilder, working on exciting multi million pound developments where you will be fully supported to progress your career. They have seen steady growth over the past 3 years and are aiming to double output in the next 2 years. Theyare looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years industry experience that they can train and develop to progress within the company. In this role you will be based from the office, and be covering sites in Manchester, Cheshire and down to Birmingham. You will work alongside the Senior Surveyor and assist on day to day commercial duties whilst developing your understanding of the residentialmarket and getting increasingly involved in pre - post contract duties such as valuations, variations, bill of quantities, tenders and budgeting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting, expanding housing developer in a role with huge progression and training opportunities. The Role:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Preparing capital cost estimates
Produce tender reports

The Person:

Quantity Surveyor
1-2 years post graduate experience
Must live local to Nantwich
Must have valid UK Drivers license
