Reed Wellbeing is a public service provider delivering lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that help people improve their health.Cheshire East One You provides early intervention and prevention services to eligible Cheshire East residents to help them move more, lose weight and stop smoking. We offer remote and face to face one to one and group sessions.The roleThe candidate will primarily be required to deliver remote (home based) and face-to-face smoking cessation support to eligible Cheshire East residents and be willing to be trained up in other lifestyle interventions.Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 pro rataLocation: Home based with travelfor face to face delivery across Cheshire EastContract Type: 7 month fixed term contract with potential to extendKey accountabilities

  • Experience in delivering behaviour change interventions (one to one and group).
  • Professional, confidential and non judgemental approach.
Skills & experience
  • NCSCT qualification desirable.
  • Experience in delivering behaviour change interventions (one to one and group).
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Working in health/ social care backgrounds.
