Finance Ledger Manager (managing a team of 3 across AP and AR) | Nantwich | £35,000 + suite of benefits (including hybrid working model)The OpportunityAre you a confident Ledger Supervisor / Manager looking for a new challenge within a modern, professional and expanding groupReporting to the FC youll manage all of the day to day / month to month control across Accounts Payable and AR - leading a team of 3.Its a fast-paced, forward-thinking group with a genuine culture of continuous improvement. The current processes and systems work effectively and efficiently but the team would welcome your input and any suggestions around enhancement or improvement.Youll have a great balance of autonomy coupled with support from a highly approachable and encouraging FC.Youll ensure the transactional finance team are supported and be a natural mentor / coach.This is a collaborative setting where new ideas are welcome and there is scope for progression, development and personal investment.Its also a hybrid working model and half of your week is office based - the rest of the week home working.You will have:

A solid track record within a supervisory role across both AP and AR ideally.
An encouraging, calm and supportive management style.
A proactive approach to improving processes and procedures and a natural strive for excellence.
High attention to detail.
Ability to resolve problems in a measured, constructive and pragmatic manner.
