Their success means that they are opening new residential homes and schools and making a difference for young people in a variety of new areas as well as continuing to support young people in o DMD Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and reputable company with the Children and Young Peoples sector.Our client ur established services.Thier Residential Managers form a strong team of dedicated professionals, leading their homes and their teams through best practice, coaching and 1:1 support, achieving the very best outcomes for our children and young people. due to their layout you will assist and forge links with their schools, HEAL tutor-led in-home education programme and our transitional services providing support post-18, enabling total end to end care for some of the most vulnerable children in our society.This role offers the exciting opportunity to run a 3 bedded service, forming a team and starting new journeys for young people in whose lives you can really make a difference.To reward this hard work, here are just some of the benefits of working for us:
