Job Description

My Nantwich-based client is looking for 2 part-time experienced receptionists to start as soon as possible.The Medical Centre is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.The ideal candidate will:

  • Be available immediately
  • Have experience in a customer service, administration or face to face reception role.
  • Have good level of IT and communication skills
  • Have some knowledge or previous use of EMIS Software (Desirable not essential).
The Role:
  • Answering the phone in a timely and polite manner
  • Booking appointments on to Booking system
  • Ensuring all work areas are prepped and ready for use each day
  • Making out going calls to service providers and service users
  • Undertaking additional tasks as requeired.
Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm or 12 Noon - 6pmSuggested 28 hours / week and £10.00/hour but there is flexibility according to the needs of the candidate.This assignment is on-going.If you feel that you have the experience, skills or characteristics for this role, please dont hesitate to apply today.
