Quality Assurance Manager, Childrens Services - Nantwich Area - Up to £40,000 Plus BenefitsThis is a fantastic organisation that focuses on the care for Children and Young People. They have childrens services as well as packages for care leavers.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Assurance Manager for a Children and Young Peoples organisation, based in Nantwich. You will be based at Head Office and will complete regulatory compliance visits and monitor internal quality within the childrens homes based in Midlands, and North west of Britain.You will work alongside our friendly and welcoming team of Registered Managers, Senior Managers and HR to ensure the highest standard of care are delivered across all of the services. You will report to the director and will be required to monitor framework contracts inclusive of tender writing.The role is a 9-5, Monday to Friday role, but you will be required to travel to the services when needed.To apply for this role, you must have the following- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent - Residential Childcare Pathway)- 5 Years Experience within a senior role in childrens Residential Services- Knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to England and Wales- Driver- Passionate about delivering quality care for Children and Young PeopleExperience of procurement and framework online portals, and tender writing is an advantage.You will be offered a salary of between £35000 and £40,000 depending on your experience, and you can also take advantage of the excellent benefits.
