**New Job - April 2021**Purchase Ledger SupervisorNantwich- with remote workingMy client area well established distribution business who now have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor on a full time permanent basis. The successful applicant will ideally have the experience of working with large transactional volumes in a fast paced environment and has a motivated and detail orientated approach. This is a great opportunity for a candidate working at a senior level looking for next step up.Summary of the role:Purchase Ledger* Ownership and control of all supplier related master data* Reporting to key stakeholders* Review and control of all supplier statement reconciliations* Management of all AP payment cycles and related migration/hive tasks* Review and escalation of all aged ledger entries* Day to day process of invoices in the workflow and CODAS systemsTeam Supervision* To manage the daily activities of the team, allocate workload and monitor performance* Motivate and lead the team to encourage success and positivity* Train and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential* To support the Accounts Payable Associates to meet targets setSkills and experience required:* Experience of working in a large transactional volume and fast paced environment* An excellent understanding of all functional aspects of accounts payable management* A strong communicator with great relationship building skills* IT skills - Strong Excel/ERP skillsThe Package:* Full time hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00* 25 days holiday * Contributory Pension Scheme* Health Cash PlanFor further information on this or any of our please call the Chester team today for a confidential discussion or alternatively forward your CV and cover letter.Due to the high level of interest we receive for each of our roles we cannot guarantee a response to each individual application.
