Job Description

PA to the Managing DirectorNantwich£25k - £28k negotiableThe client will consider a 4 or 5 day week. This is a brand new role within the business.We are looking for an exceptional PA to support the Managing Director to enable them to provide a first class service to their clients. This requires a pro-active PA, Senior Administrator, or Office Manager who is able to build strong relationships acrossthe business. This is a varied role that not only includes the usual diary, meeting and travel management but will see you getting involved in strategic meetings, coordinating company events, and a high level of client interaction.Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary, email and travel management
  • Minute taking
  • Following up and recording all business development actions, arranging lunches and meeting with clients
  • Building relationships with clients/PAs where appropriate
  • Producing presentations and collating information for new business pitches
  • Scheduling regular update meeting with key clients, including informal drinks and lunches
  • Scheduling reviewing meeting and informal meetings with key personnel with the business
  • Producing job forms and setting up files from new instructions
  • Preparing monthly reports and invoices for clients
  • Expenses
The personYou will have good PA experience or worked within a senior admin or office managers role. You will enjoy providing a first-class service to key stakeholders, as well as working closely with their clients.
