Job Description

Management AccountantSalary: £40,000-£50,000 + Competitive holidays, pension and benefitsLocation: NantwichDuration: PermanentDue to a recent internal promotion, Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Management Accountant for a dynamic manufacturing company based in the Nantwich area.The company is a highly successful, family owned, manufacturing company which is one of the oldest family-owned businesses in the UK. The business is entrepreneurial and are able to offer the right candidate a broad exposure to the whole finance functionas well as the wider business.General responsibilities include: -

  • Preparation of weekly management accounts and KPIs
  • Implementation of systems and process improvement
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and reviewing customer/product profitability
  • Supporting the MD/FD with customer tendering process
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with the Credit Control process
The successful candidate will possess good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support teams across finance coupled with building positive relationships with teams and leaders across the business to work collaboratively.If you consider yourself to be a committed, career driven professional who can demonstrate the above experience and who would welcome the stimulus of this Management Accountant post then we would be pleased to hear from you.The suitable candidate will have the following:
  • Part-Qualified/Qualified CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly motivated for the delivery of accurate and high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Works efficiently and calmly under pressure
  • Ability to plan and organise workload
  • Excellent IT skills, Advanced in all Microsoft Applications
