Job Description

Expanding Manufacturer require a Financial Controller due to internal promotion.Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for accurate, timely and relevant management information to include weekly KPI reports, monthly management accounts, weekly and monthly sales analyses.
  2. Conduct reviews with budget holders and evaluate spend against sales performance and cost saving opportunities.
  3. Manage two UK finance teams.
  4. Manage the UK audit process and liaise directly with auditors.
  5. Control the fixed asset system, ensure capital projects are monitored and reviewed post completion.
  6. Management of the UK cash forecast submissions.
  7. Management of monitoring inventory and reporting.
  8. Management of the budgeting process.
  9. Oversee the company royalty obligations.
  10. Responsible for correctly processing and reporting VAT across various tax authorities.
  11. Ensure understanding of export and import compliance requirements.
  12. Responsible for the continual improvement of procedures and controls.
  13. Ad-hoc queries and projects as requested by the Financial Controller UK and other departments.
