Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen to join a reputable business based on the outskirts of Crewe and Nantwich who have experienced successful growth year on year for decades. The successful candidate to this role will enjoy a semi rural office location, an open plan friendly team and work for a company who treat staff as family and promote within. Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsible for your own customer accounts your duties will include:* To deal efficiently with inbound customer calls and email queries* To process online orders accurately daily* To create relationships between the regions customers* Liaise with the Regional Business Consultant. regarding client deliveries, orders, satisfaction etc..* Advising on pricing, best products* Recognising improvements that can be made for the customers* Checking incorrect prices, product codes, box quantities, etc.* Taking of calls consisting of orders, price & availability, delivery requests* Dealing with any website enquires as requiredYou will need to have:· A Confident attitude· High level of communication skills· Good IT skills· Ability to work as a team and help their colleagues when required· Office experience in fast paced environment - minimum 1 year.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
