Job Description

Reed Education are looking for experienced BSL Teaching Assistants to work in specialist settings in across Staffordshire and Cheshire, supporting children in EYFS-KS4.Do you have experience supporting pupils with hearing impairments and SLCN difficultieson a 1:1 basisMaybe you are considering a career in Teaching and passionate about SEN If so, then this role is for you!What you will need;

  • Relevant Teaching Assistant, SEN qualifications or experience
  • Experience supporting SEN students with complex needs
  • Experience supporting on a 1:1 basis, providing interventions or working with small groups
  • A passion for supporting SEMH pupils with a variety of needs and ensuring they are able to overcome barriers to learning and engage in the curriculum
  • Dedication, initiative and resilience to overcome issues faced
