We have supported disabled and disadvantaged people to discover their potential and lead a fulfilling, independent life for almost30 years.Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - About the Role:We are looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic people to join our team of Support Workers in Shotton Colliery and Murton in County Durham.Come and join our team, we support people of differing abilities, who are looking for new ways to be involved in their community and have fun.We support people with their personal care, meal preparation, medication and support with their activities and hobbies both at home and in the local community - No two days are the same.You will be required to work closely within a small friendly team.Support Workers / Lifestyle Co-ordinators - About you:You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values. You must have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of people with physical and learning disabilities.
