Registered Service ManagerWalesAcquired Brain Injury£45,000Are you an experience manager with either NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent Do you have experience within Acquired Brain InjuryThis service provides assessment and rehabilitation, continuing rehabilitation and a range of transitional living options to support those progressing to greater independence, 24 beds and 18 of those have en-suite rooms in the main centre. The Centre also contains two independent living flats and four fully furnished self contained apartments. Main Purpose of role:To take overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the service, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of diagnosis specific care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.To lead, manage and direct a multidisciplinary team in the attainment of aims and objectives linked to the Disabilities Trust Strategic Plan and the needs of the individual.To meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation.To market the service to all potential commissioners and referrers with the key aim of creating new business opportunities.To manage organic and planned change within the service, to meet the demands of new businessDemonstrate professional leadership and provide hands on management support and guidance, managing staff activities and influencing their practices and attitudes.
