We have more than 4,000 dedicated colleagues, at 14 locations across the country, all sharing the same obsession for our great food.Job description:HR Advisor - 3 - 6 month FTCBased in Moreton, WirralAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor, working within a generalist HR remit and as part of a site-based team. The post holder will be required to contribute to the success of the human resources function by providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to the Moreton site with specific responsibility for Payroll information. You will also support and advise line managers and/or colleagues as appropriate.What you will be doing:

  • Starters & Leavers Administration

  • HR Information Systems
  • HR & Payroll Administration
  • Project Work
  • What we need from you:
  • Must have a good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice in recruitment.
  • 3 years experience in a generalist role (primarily ER & Recruitment).
  • Payroll experience.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player, with good influencing abilities.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Must have solid IT skills – Microsoft, Google, SAP
  • CIPD level 5
