We have more than 4,000 dedicated colleagues, at 14 locations across the country, all sharing the same obsession for our great food.Job description:HR Advisor - 3 - 6 month FTCBased in Moreton, WirralAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor, working within a generalist HR remit and as part of a site-based team. The post holder will be required to contribute to the success of the human resources function by providing a comprehensive and effective HR service to the Moreton site with specific responsibility for Payroll information. You will also support and advise line managers and/or colleagues as appropriate.What you will be doing:

Recruitment & Selection

Starters & Leavers Administration

Employee Relations

Absence Management

HR Information Systems

HR & Payroll Administration

Project Work

What we need from you:

Must have a good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice in recruitment.

3 years experience in a generalist role (primarily ER & Recruitment).

Payroll experience.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a team player, with good influencing abilities.

Must be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Must have solid IT skills – Microsoft, Google, SAP

CIPD level 5
