Its a varied and challenging role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills ,along with a hands-on management approach. You will also be required to maximise sales by consistently delivering excellentstore standards. Key responsibilitiesTo lead, support and motivate the store colleagues to provide exceptional standards of customer serviceDrive sales by ensuring the store is fully stocked and well merchandisedFull accountability for all cash andstock controls within the storeTo take responsibility for the organisation and communication of store related activities such as training, induction, recruitment and resolving any HR issues. This role requires a flexible approach, as you will be requiredto work early mornings and some late nights. In recognition of the additional responsibility that managing a Post Office brings, this position attracts a discretionary supplement.
