Their commitment to excellence drives us to seek talented professionals who shareour passion for advancing medical technology.Position Overview:In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the usability and human factors aspects of our medical devices meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preferencefor individuals holding a degree in Medical Engineering or a related field.Responsibilities:* Conduct user research, usability testing, and human factors analyses to inform the design and development of medical devices.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to integrate human factors considerations throughout the product development lifecycle.* Generate and maintain usability engineering documentation, including use specifications, task analyses, and usability test plans.* Participate in the development and execution of usability test protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.* Analyse and interpret usability test results, providing actionable recommendations to improve product design and user experience.* Stay informed about industry trends, human factors standards, and regulatory requirements related to medical devices.Qualifications:* Minimum of two years of experience in a Usability Human Factors Engineer role within the medical devices industry.* Bachelors or Masters degree in Medical Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.* Solid understanding of human factors engineering principles, usability testing methodologies, and relevant standards.* Proficiency in tools and software used for human factors research and analysis.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.How to Apply:If you are passionate about improving healthcare through innovative and user-centric medical device design, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
