Job Opportunity: Chartered Building SurveyorOur client is seeking a seasoned Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for excellence and innovation to join their dynamic team and be part of shaping the future of the built environment. They are looking for an experienced professional with a minimumof 5 years of surveying experience to fill the role of Chartered Building Surveyor.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments.

Produce detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Minimum 5 years of experience in building surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
