Great new opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Mildenhall.You will be the first point of contact for visitors entering the building and it is therefore essential that you are well presented, confident and professional in your approach.Key duties:· Operate the switchboard professionally, forwarding calls and messages promptly and switch to auto attendant service when away from desk/out of the office.· Manage the staff signing in/out and temperature check book.· Greet visitors & notify hosts promptly. Ensure all visitors complete the C-19 Form, take temperature and sign in on arrival and out on departure for fire safety.· Manage meeting room bookings, ensure equipment is available & arrange hospitality where required.· Ensure all meeting and reception areas have a professional appearance.· Manage incoming/outgoing post and arrange courier services where necessary.· Order office stationary· Book Travel and Accommodation.· Undertake additional administrative tasks for departments as agreed with Supervisor.Experience/Skills/Knowledge:· Polite, courteous, friendly and well presented· Attention to detail· Good oral and written communication skills· Able to interface at all levels· Able to handle people and issues with a professional demeanor· Ability to meet deadlines· Experience with Microsoft Office programs· Ability to assess priorities and make adjustment effectively· Experience in handling confidential information.· Responds positively to requests for help and information· FlexibilityThis is a permanent role and is a great chance to join a growing business with excellent career prospects on offer.Hours of work - Monday - Thursday - 8.30-17.30 - Friday 8.30-17.00Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Required skills
