Job Description

Working 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday) initially with hours that are flexible to fit in with the school run or other commitments, for this friendly, small, family owned business.Duties will include:

  • Gathering the timesheets.
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 120 people.
  • Monitor the progress of payroll processing and payment of tax.
  • Use appropriate resources to gain technical payroll knowledge.
  • Helping staff with their queries, via email and face to face.
  • Ensuring that all employees have update contracts, policies, documents and training.
  • Ensure all employee records are up to date.
  • Organising Pensions for new employees.
  • Submitting of Peoples Pension data to their portal.
    • This is a great opportunity to join a growing company on a part time basis and previous experience of using Sage 50 Payroll will be a distinct advantage.**Please note £23,000 is the full time equivalent salary** Required skills
