As a result, they have recently moved to new, larger premises that allow them to service more customers and provide a bespoke service.They have identified the need to bring an HR Manager into the team to help support them as they grow. With the basics of an HR function already established, you will have a blank canvas to bring your brilliant ideas of how to engage, develop and communicatewith your employees, enhancing their working lives and helping the company grow.Ideally you will have a solid background in HR along with your CIPD, however if you are keen to undertake this you will be supported with your studies. You will be organised, proactive and engaging, holding similar values to our client - integrity, accountabilityand collaboration.
