A great opportunity to join an expanding Manufacturing Company and become part of a friendly busy team.Reporting to the Managing Director/Finance Director you will have responsibility for ensuring that the Group complies with legal responsibilities and follows HR best practice where possible, while at the same time contributing towards the achievement ofcompany goals, including efficiency, growth and profitability.A positive attitude is key along with solid HR experience and the ability to work in a team environment.Key duties:Carrying out all HR administration on a daily basisWorking closing with payroll to keep track on hours and starters and leaversWorking with the management team to help recruit team membersEnsuring HR policies are current and up to date at all timesCarrying out staff inductions for new starters when required.Disciplinaries & GrievanceProviding ongoing support with training & development and coming up with new ideasMaintenance of HR records, staff handbook etcWe are ideally looking for candidates to have attained a minimum of CIPD level 5
