Job DescriptionOur clientarean electrical component manufacturer whom have recently moved their operation from Thetford to Mildenhall.Due to a one off project causing increased workload, they are currently looking for approximately 10 Assembly assistants to aid them in fulfilling their obligations in regards to this contract throughoutMay ,Juneand July.Duties -- Very light assembly tasks- Assembly of similar producton a daily basisfor particular contract- Report any faults to relevant line manager or Supervisor- General Tasks to assist with the operation- Any other reasonable request made by managementCandidate requirements -- Good manual dexterity- Attention to detail- An ability to not lose focus when undertaking what can be, repetitive tasks- Reliability a must due to urgent nature of the contract- An outgoing personality to work well with colleagues to get the job done- An ability to think independently when required and use own initiativeThis is afairly straightforwardposition with a popular client of ours whom provide a clean, friendly and pleasant working atmosphere.Although the contract is initially temporary, if a candidate excels, there may be an opportunity for a permanent contract dependent on situation at the end of the assignment.Assembly will be light and not toocomplicatedbut candidates will need to focus as at times the role may be repetitive.An early finish on a Friday is another popular feature of this role.Working Hours 08.00-17.00ApproxMon-Thu
