Job Description

Serve Talent are proud to be working with a successful manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator for their facility based in Mildenhall, Suffolk.his particular business have grown year-on-year consistently. Reporting into the Finance Director and working alongside the wider administration team, youll be responsible for providing Accounts & Purchase Ledger support to the business.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Entering Invoices onto their computerised accounting system (Syspro).
  • GRN match invoices & or otherwise confirm validity for payment.
  • Deal with inaccuracies on purchase invoices and payment queries.
  • Process monthly payment runs via BACS and Wire Transfer for suppliers.
  • Manage employee expenses claims & process ad hoc payments and pro-forma invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Process and maintain purchase ledger records.
  • Organise invoices and credit notes.
Some skills youll ideally have:
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, familiarity with accounting software and purchase ledger functions.
  • Good IT skills and be experienced in the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Purchase ledger experience essential.
  • Confident with the use of a telephone and be personable in your communication.
