Job Description

CMA Recruitment Group is currently assisting a global brand seeking an HR Business Partner to join their exciting and challenging environment on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to push the people agenda working with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.What will the role involve

  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the supported business areas;
  • Specialist coaching and support providing focussed HR solutions;
  • Resource planning and talent reviews;
  • Policy development to support growth and long term organisation developments;
  • Support business areas in achieving committed headcount budgets & targets.
Suitable Candidate:
  • The client is looking for proven experience within a HR Business Partnering role and experience of supporting and guiding senior leaders;
  • Comfortable with HR systems, collating management information;
  • Up to date employment legislation knowledge.
