Job Description

My client are a global world leader supporting the Aviation sector and are currently looking for an accomplished HR Advisor to join their busy team and support HR across the business.This role is integral in providing a proactive HR service to support the implementation of people and business objectives for the UK across multiple sites. There is real emphasis on building solid relationships by offering professional support and guidanceacross all HR matters and be part of a solid HR team.Main responsibilities include:

  • Employee Relations - supporting all areas and working towards processes and resolutions
  • Engagement and communication - supporting with engagement initiatives and improvements
  • Learning and Development - assisting with the development of HR courses across the business alongside performance and appraisals
  • Projects - developing and communicating various projects to managers and various departments
  • Talent and Resourcing - Supporting the recruitment process to bring on the best talent
Attributes of the successful candidate:
  • Experience to HR Advisor level shown through previous roles
  • Strong Employee Relations
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Confidence to work all business levels
  • Knowledge of ISO standards would be an advantage but not a necessity
This role is predominately based in their office in Middlesex, however due to their coverage there would be travel nationally although most sites are in close proximity and would be quarterly for the most part so may suit a car driver as expenses are paid!This role can be a hybrid role but this may change as the role and business moves forward.Be the first to apply or if you would like to know more then please feel free to contact me directly on
