Job Description

Our client, an International Removals company based in Middlesex, is currently seeking a Domestic Move Coordinator to join their company.As the Domestic Move Coordinator, your role will involve arranging Domestic moves from start to finish, being responsible for all relevant documentation, agents contact, insurance and invoicing.On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with clients and other third parties as required, as well as ensuring all information, dates and details of the move are accurately recorded onto the Moveware system at every stage.Domestic Move Coordinatorduties:

Booking services - calculating and preparing quotes
Dealing with insurance forms, customs clearances and international border control
Following up enquiries
General administration; data entry, filing, emailing, coordination support
