Sales Administrator£22,000Mid KentFull time permanent rolePearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join one of our Financial Services clients on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or customer service experience within Financial Services but entrylevel candidates will also be considered!Duties include:

Providing pivotal administrative support to the sales team.
Dealing with telephone calls in a timely manner, ensuring that all callers are provided with an exceptional service.
Producing reports and collating information.
Processing applications in line with company SLAs.

To be considered for this role, you must have / be:

Previous customer service or administrative experience within Financial Services (desirable)
Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM systems .
Able to work well in a team yet able to use initiative.
A strong communicator and able to speak with stakeholders at all levels.
A*-C GCSE grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
A quick learner with the desire to succeed!
