Job Description

Mortgage Administrator (Post Offer) Mid Kent£22,500 (After 3 months and successful probation, salary increase to £24,000) Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pmAre you an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking to kick start a career within the mortgage industry If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator in the Post Offer team!Duties include:

  • Dealing with all queries via phone and email in relation to mortgage applications (pre and post offer)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times whilst ensuring that SLAs are met
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Liaising with mortgage brokers, underwriters and other internal teams
  • General administrative duties: filing, data entry, diary management, emails etc
The successful candidate must have/be:
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience (ideally within financial services)
  • Looking to start a career within the mortgage sector
  • Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • IT Literate and competent using MS Office
  • Driving licence and own transport due to the office location
  • Available to interview the week commencing 23 rd October
