Job Description

Office Manager Maidstone Full time, Permanent (Fully office based) Up to £40,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office manager to join our well-established client. This role is suitable for someone who prides themselves on being adaptable and likes a varied, fast paced work environment!This role requires an inspiring and experienced team leader who can identify and work with different personalities, offering a pro-active approach which blends both the strategic and the hands on.Duties of this role include:

  • Responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock is available for the facilities
  • Developing exceptional relationships across the board
  • Extensive travel arrangements including booking accommodation
  • Maintaining training records and ensuring staff records are up to date
  • Responsible for facilities management
  • Ensure the company’s fleet is maintained, legal and road worthy
  • Raising POs and other invoicing duties
  • Assist Commercial Manager with business development of company activities
  • Any other duties as required
To be considered for this position, you must have/be:
  • A strong administrator with previous facilities experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel to collate and present information
  • Experience supporting finance functions or managing a busy fleet previously would be a distinct advantage
  • Good active listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels
  • Organised, methodical and thorough work ethic with a high attention to detail
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude with a good sense of humour!
