Job Description

Administrator Medway£22,000 Our client, a well-established company based in Medway are looking to recruit an administrator to join their busy team.Duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering the telephone and directing where necessary
  • Dealing with contracts
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with handover packs
  • Filing
  • Reviewing incoming emails and distributing to the corrects departments
  • Various other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/be:
  • Strong communication skills
  • A reliable and hands on approach
  • The ability to work unsupervised whilst performing a range of duties
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to ensure documents and information is kept confidential
  • The knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Administration within an office environment
  • An adaptable approach to a workload
