Our high-performanceteams are passionate about quality and on time on budget delivery, reflected in our customer references.Because of an enviable track record, there is a high demand for our services operating at the premium end of the market and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team.Landscape Team Leader - The Role:The business is looking to recruit a "Hands on" Landscape Team Leader to join our staff and contribute to our company journey. You will be joining a team of people who are enthusiastic and hard working with a can-do attitude.You will work with and lead a specialist team of three or more staff to deliver high quality projects to our customer base. The role will be to expand the teams to meet the requirements of the business, develop the individuals within and to ensure the company’sreputation remains excellent.Landscape Team Leader - The Candidate.We are looking for an exceptional "Hands on" leader who is fair, inspiring, caring and comfortable under pressure. Able to set an example of what good looks like and to create clear goals and objectives for the team.You will be able to liaise with customers using your good communication skills, being professional and personable.You will contribute to problem solving, innovation and day to day management of the team always acting with integrity and compassion.Essential Attributes.• A proven track record of a minimum of 7 years in the hard landscape sector with at least 2 years in a leadership role.• A proven minimum of 5 year’s experience with the installation of all hard landscape elements including composite decking, paving and water features to name a few.• A Health and Safety Qualification, an advantage• CPCS Qualified, and advantage• High Integrity.• Strong Communication Skills.• Leadership experience in the same or similar industry.• Practical problem-solving capability, being able to think outside the box.• A desire to learn and develop.• A positive, upbeat attitude.• Ambition to work and contribute to a growing business.• Fully conversant with site Health and Safety requirements.• Ability to read and understand design documentation, project charters and drawings.• Experience of soft landscaping including turfing, tree planting, shrub planting and setting out.• Ability to work within a project plan for budget, timescales and quality.• Experience of working with and managing sub-contractors.• A full driving license.Desirable but not essential.• Ability to operate site machinery• CSCS and Triple STS an advantageExperience of any of the following, an advantage: Greenkeeper, Groundsman, Fine turf industry, Landscape Gardener, Ground Maintenance, Construction, Garden design, Garden builderIf you are looking for the next step in your career, Atlantes will be a good home for you.
