CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIMEOffice BasedJob Role:A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a reputable company based in Marden.Although this role is only part-time, flexibility is required as there will be additional hours to cover holidays, peak periods, and absences.Working Wednesday - Friday 8.00-5.00 (with additional days to cover holidays and absence) you will be an experienced, friendly, and confident customer services administrator and used to working within a team environment.Required- Excellent telephone communication skills and be able to process customers’ orders.- Responding to Sales enquiries, you will have the experience and drive to sell and advise customers both face to face and over the phone on products- Calling existing and new customers to promote our products and manage their needs.- Serving customers face to face (Inc. handling cash)- General admin duties- Sending out samples to customers- Liaising with our Purchasing, Operations and Sales colleagues with regards to our customers’ requirements- Supporting our external Sales teams requirements- Supporting our National operations teams.Package:- Competitive salary £18k - £20k/Annum (Based on a 40 hour week)- Company stakeholder pension, 5% company contribution / 4% Personal contribution- Medical Benefits Scheme cover for yourself with the option to add your dependants at your own expense.
