Job Description

Water is essential to life, so our business is always open.What youll be doingA member of a Regional Delivery Office, within Capital Delivery. This role will provide support to the team, through the delivery of specific activities across a broad range of functions from design, commercial, construction and project management. This isa key role, with responsibility for keeping the team organised and running smoothly.Working alongside the team managers, in an often fast-paced delivery environment, to track and dispense information to enable effective delivery.Key Accountabilities

  • Project and office administration
  • Co-ordinate activities across the team, provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data to support meetings
  • Support functionality across the Delivery Office, through the design and delivery of effective processes
  • Support delivery through progress tracking and reporting
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with buying and payment operations for the team
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement
  • Assist with Health and Safety activities across the team
What you should bring to the role
  • Experience working within a delivery-focused team
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes
  • Ability to mentor & transfer skills to others
  • Good understanding of customer expectations and our customer base
Skills
  • Excellent communicator externally and internally (Written, verbal, presentation skills)
  • Working knowledge and Intermediate level of Office IT Systems (including MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook E-mail)
  • SAP / CRM experience.
  • Database administration experience, including data entry and basic reporting
  • Problem-solving, decision-making in relation to planning tasks
  • Excellent telephone manners/ customer service skills
