Job Description

Water is essential to daily life, and that means our business is always openWhat you will be doingWe are currently recruiting for a Leakage Programmes Co-ordinator to Join our water networks team on an FTC for up to 12 months. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks to support the delivery of the assigned leakage projects. As well as Providing rigourand challenge to contractors programme managers to ensure the deliverables are met on time and in budget.

  • Support the Leakage Programmes Manager to manage sustainable leakage detection and DMA network management projects across the business areas
  • Active monitoring and management reporting of project performance against plan, cost, benefits in line with the programme deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the project workstream and wider organisation
  • Active participation of the identification of Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies and Opportunities (RAIDO)
  • Work collaboratively with our service partners to actively assist as necessary in the identification of benefit metrics to ensure benefits from each project can be captured tracked and reported
  • Set up a programme of performance meetings to include meeting agendas, collation of reporting data, actions and key point recording to be presented in a clear and concise format
Were looking for you to:
  • Have Previous project management experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Must have leakage knowledge (active leakage and UFW)
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
  • High standard of verbal and written English required
  • Ability to work flexibly when requiredmany projects are site-based, and you will be required to travel across the region
  • Driving licence & own car essential
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
