We are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our Compliance Team.RCI Financial Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of RCI Bank and Services which is the Renault and Nissan Groups Finance Company and is today present in in 36 countries in Europe, North Africa, South America and Asia. We are very proud to have recently been recognised as one of the UKs best work places in the Great Places to Work Large Company category for the second year in a row.The independent Compliance function sits in the second line of defence to ensure that RCI Bank UK Limited ("RCI Bank") and RCI Financial Services Limited ("RCI FS") are both able to meet their obligations under the regulatory system. In addition to the Compliance function, the independent Risk function also sits in the second line of defence.The Compliance Monitoring Officer will report into the Compliance Officer and will ensure that both RCI Bank UK limited and RCI Financial Services Limited meet their regulatory obligations.Relevant Compliance experience is essential.Responsibilities covering RCI Bank and RCI FS Regular Control Activitieso Develop and maintain the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plans for RCI Bank and RCI FS;o Plan and conduct compliance monitoring activities in accordance with the Integrated Assurance Plan;o Report the outcome of compliance monitoring activity to the Executive Committee, Risk and Compliance Committee and Board Risk Committee.o Develop monitoring MI.o Establish and maintain regulatory relationships with the dealer network.o Maintain regulatory relationship with RCI Banque SA steering function.o Manage regulatory fees calculations and forecasts;o Follow the Regulatory Watch and monitor regulatory developments.Governance and Regulatory Standards o In conjunction with the Compliance Officer, foster and develop the Compliance Culture across RCI Bank and RCI FS;o Undertake periodic conduct risk assessment;o Ensure compliance policies are maintained to standard.o Ensure Compliance Manuals maintained to standard.o Mange the computer-based training for conduct matters;o Maintain compliance with Payment Card Industry Security Standards for secure payments made by customers to RCI FS.Knowledge and SkillsAs a Compliance professional, the role holder must stand firmly independent and maintain clear oversight over the processes within both RCI Bank and RCI FS.
