Coach, develop and motivate the Production team, completing appraisals and one to one reviews
Drive a continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste and non-value activity.
Create and drive KPI performance across the site
Generate the daily/weekly production plan, ensuring all work areas have sufficient work to maintain throughput.
Ensure that internal processes are fully compliant.

Production ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience working in a Production Manager/Supervisor role or similar
Previously managed a team, ensuring they are sufficiently trained
