Job Description

Working within Central Administration providing support to the Business. Predominantly the Fee Earning Teams through all aspects of general administration.   • Ensuring that they always act in line with the GDPR, SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs and RFLs, ISO/Firm wide policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that they achieve their objectives.
  • Working together to process a high volume of administration work within SLA’s
  • Dealing with any urgent administrative work including printing/scanning etc.
  • Processing digital media e.g. Viewing/copying discs/USB.
  • Saving of documents into case management system.
  • Managing a central mailbox of work requests
  • Communicating with Fee Earning teams to clarify instructions, timeframes and checking of work when returning to ensure work is completed to highest of standards.
  • Working with Team Leader on own development in monthly 1-2-1 meetings.
  • Will be required to assist other functions within the Business Support Unit.
Working Hours35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is Parklands, Bolton office 5 days a week.Essential Skills and Attributes:
