MTrec’s Client OpportunityOur client is an established and successful company based in Longbenton. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.   • Arranging appointments for clients
  • Managing pipeline/workflow allocated by the management team
  • General correspondence and administration duties
  • Making outbound calls to clients
  • Answering inbound calls, ensuring all calls are dealt with professionally
  • Assist in the training of new staff
  • Providing an efficient, friendly and professional service to all customers, clients and colleagues
  • Assisting with any postal duties
  • Undertaking any training
