My client has recently had over £5 million pound investment into the site with 2 brand new production lines. Thisis the chance for a experienced assistant manager to join a fantastic company and to build a strong stable career within manufacturing. The ideal candidate would need to be experienced with leading a small teams of engineers, dealing with external contractorsand have worked within a manufacturing environment.Skills required for the Assistant Engineering Manager:

Recognised Engineering Qualification engineering.
Experience in electrical or mechanical hands-on engineering
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience using a CMMS system.
Strong leadership skills.
IT Literate
