Having experience of making over 100 telephone calls a day would be an advantage.At Bell Truck and Van we all strive to be the absolute best and offer our customers the highest level of service.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing team of professionals at an exciting time.Candidate Requirements:oPrevious experience within a sales role preferably making over 100 calls a dayoTarget drivenoStrong communication skills are essential, you must be comfortable engaging with clients and building relationshipsoAbility to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiativeoMust be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient characterThe role of a Telesales Executive:oTo carry out telesales calls promoting the company products and services, sales, aftersales and hire, and identifying new business opportunitiesoTo carry out inbound and outbound telemarketing to maximise sales and profit opportunities for the sales/aftersales departments.oTo conduct various telemarketing activities as directed and requiredoTo update the CRM (Kerridge) system daily in respect of calls made and the capture and/or amendment of customer informationoRecord and pass on leads/enquiries or relevant information to sales, aftersales, hire colleagues as required for follow upoTo liaise with sales and aftersales teams and marketing personnel to target prospects and customersoTo update and cleanse database on Kerridge as requiredoTo keep product knowledge and competitor awareness updated in order to increase the opportunity for salesHours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and Saturday on rota basis, home working options available.
