You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of OperationalManagers to deliver on Quality objections. You will ensure CIW requirements and guidelines are followed at all times and you will monitor and support regulatory compliance and quality of care and support. You will promote a positive culture within all servicesand will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current guidance.The ideal candidate for this role will:* Have sound CIW or CQC knowledge and experience working with them.* Have experience of working within a Management and/or Quality role within adults services.* Have comprehensive understanding of health and social care legislation within adults services.* Have significant experience of dealing safeguardings within adults services.* Have a strong eye for detail and experience with utilising digital platforms for care planning and auditing.With a hybrid working model, this is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the services you support.
