Can you improve the impact of our marketing channelsWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own insight development and measurement across our marketing channels, and drive greater audience engagement. Hybrid working.About the Senior Data Analyst roleThis role is key in helping drive forward IGDs Customer First and Data Led ambition. You will embed a data driven approach to marketing planning, through the provision of relevant measurement and benchmarking of performance. You will help establish datainsights within the day to day processes of the Marketing department, and drive a culture of evidence based decision making.The Senior Data Analyst will bring a collaborative, problem solving mind-set to the role, and be driven by a desire to drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with other members of the team to establish a testing program, build best practice,and optimise audience engagement across all channels.The responsibilitiesMarketing Performance MeasurementYou will be responsible for developing the measurement and reporting across our key channels: website, email, social and SMS. You will work closely with Content managers, Marketing managers and email specialists delivering analysis and insight to informtheir day to day decision making and strategic planning.You will create a deep understanding of how audiences are engaging across IGD channels, establish a library of benchmarks that inform what good looks like, and make recommendations to improve acquisition, lead conversion and cross sell programs, and deepenaudience engagement.Your insights will inform the creation and development of audience nurture programs and lifecycle interventions, and you will regularly analyse performance and recommend opportunities for optimisation.You will be responsible for establishing the monthly KPI reporting for the new Marketing Scorecard, and for creating and delivering quarterly marketing performance insights to the wider business.Customer ExperienceThe Senior Data Analyst will champion the use of IGDs Single Customer View in delivering a more personalised customer experience across all channels, drawing on audience profile and behaviour to deliver relevant and timely content.You will use our web analytics tool ContentSquare to measure user flow through the website, identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience, and to determine what is enhancing or blocking users from reaching the desired end goal. With particularfocus on key groups such as new users, non-subscribers and subscribers.You will manage the scoping and development of an enhanced preference centre for IGD, helping create the business case and user stories for enhanced data capture that will enable IGD to deliver more personalised experiences.Testing programYou will have experience of running A/B and MVT test across websites, and email channels, and will lead on establishing a comprehensive testing program. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely to engage Marketing colleagues in planning, implementing anddelivering a structured testing program that is focused on clear end value and delivery of IGD business goals.What you bring
