Job Description

Can you help our customers to win and growWe are looking for someone to provide sales support to our growing commercial team. You will have every opportunity to continually learn & develop through shadowing, training courses and more, to ensure that we are the best we can be - for ourselves and our customers.And you can feel good about being part of a company that uses its profits to support good causes through our social impact activities.The responsibilitiesReporting into the Head of Core Accounts, these include:Responding to customersThis involves customer queries, sales order processing and subscription management, assisting with customer queries by phone, e-mail and through our AskIGD service.You will set up trials and manage customer web subscriptions as well as working alongside our Sales team to seek out opportunities to up-sell/cross sell.Putting sales orders onto the CRM system and keeping our database accurate and up to date. And sharing your ideas about what works and what we can do better.Immersion in FMCGYou will get a unique experience and view of the FMCG industry from behind-the-scenes, immersing yourself with suppliers and retailers, talking to different people every day and building long-lasting and trusted relationships.What you bring

  • Degree in any subject
