SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERMONDAY - FRIDAY: 9AM - 5.30PM£55,000 PER ANNUMWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Client in Newport.Benefits• Competitive salary• 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) • Company pension • Free on-site parking • Employee discount• Car mileage allowance• Company events• £250 cash reward for employee referralsDay to Day Duties• Coordinate internal resources as well as third party suppliers and contractors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Developing project scopes, programmes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Ensure resource availability and allocation• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and oversee all trades• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed• Manage the relationship with all required parties• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with all project parties• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Provide leadership, clarity and direction to the projects teamsEssential Skills• Proven track record in construction, fit out, refurbishmentand building project management• Proven experience in new build construction• Experience creating project programmes from scratch• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave• Experience managing several projects simultaneously• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience• Ability to effectively communicate with all project parties el, PowerPoint• A hands-on, can-do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a teamDesirable Experience• RICS qualified• AutoCAD 2D and 3D• Self-storageWhat training is providedTraining will be providedApplyApply today by clicking below
