Schedule40 Hours per week - Rota’d shifts between the hours of:

Monday - Friday (08:00 to 16:30)
Occasional Saturday (08:00 to 16:30)

The Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance operative with electrical bias
Familiarity with maintenance and repair of facility systems
Knowledge of health and safety requirements
Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends
Live within 30 minutes travelling time of the store
Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)

We pride ourselves on delivering the BEST storage, at the BEST price, with the BEST service!The RoleThe role will focus on supporting the delivery and execution of core planned and reactive maintenance across the company’s estate portfolio.

Conducting maintenance and repairing of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures
Performing general maintenance and basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & mechanical repairs
Working alongside the Health and Safety Manager to ensure works are done in a risk assessed environment
Ensuring that all facility systems are in working order. Including - lighting, fire alarms, smoke alarms
Travelling to multiple stores across South Wales, South West & the Midlands
