MAINTENANCE MANAGERMONDAY - FRIDAY : 09.00-17.00£30,000 PER ANNUMWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Client in Newport.Benefits:• 28 days holidays (including bank holidays)• 3% pension• On-site parking• Fuel allowance paid at 40p per mile ( paid after travelling the first 30 miles )• Discount for themselves and friends and family for storage space and packaging• Company events – Christmas and Halloween parties, world cup prize draws, hampers at Christmas and EasterDay to Day Duties• Ensure that maintenance is carried out in a safe manner and that any contractors on site follow company safety rules• Play an active role in the improvement of safety on site, specifically in relation to any maintenance activities that are carried out• Ensure safety documentation (eg risk assessments, permits etc) are used and filed for future reference• Liaise with the General Manager and the Operations team to prioritise work requests to ensure sites run safely and at optimum efficiency• Day to day property maintenance of existing store estate• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Establish and maintain relationships with all project parties• To manage maintenance related contractors on siteEssential SkillsProven track record in maintenance, building and facilities management and:• Solid practical background, with understanding or hands-on experience• Ability to effectively communicate with all project parties• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills• Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint• A hand’s on, can do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a team• Full driving licence and the ability to travel between storesDesirable Experience• Experience within a similar roleWhat training is providedTraining providedApplyApply today by clicking below
