Job Description

Carbon60 are recruiting for an experienced Technical Focal Point to work for a global leader in fluid engineering and chemical processing applications. This Engineering Technical Vocal Point is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is someone who has a technical understanding of pumps and rotating equipment. This is a hands-on role, supportingcustomers on site to help resolve technical queries. Role Responsibilities:

To be the first point of contact with workshops for technical procedures
To provide technical advice to service centres within the northern region
To support customers by accompanying them when required offering technical guidance and solutions.
To prepare reports that review root cause analysis, test findings and continuous improvement recommendations.
To proactively participate in failure investigations
To provide technical advice and training

Skills and Experience required:

Engineering degree or have a formal nationally recognized high-level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience with electrical machine service and repair
Ability to travel to various UK customer sites and our clients locations.
